Panels manufacturing technology:

Light but strong pressed sandwich panel is made by vacuum moulded  system:  structure is consists of  PKFV (fibre glass and gel coat.) Laminated sheet and inside are of polyurethane foam.

System strength  at the expense of strong and reliable binding and monolithic. Standard 60 mm. panel could be augmented to 80 mm.

Belfast exclusive method "To shape" is easy assemblage: Specific channel is provided exact connecting and reduce temperature loss. Whole manufacturing process is provided by computer-aided design (CAD) and modern digital machines, controlling the form (CAM-CNC).
